Mazdachat Registries

We're testing a new feature on the forum to create vehicle registries. This is in response to many requests to have special registries where owners of Limited/Special edition vehicles can enter their info.

Its still in the testing phase, and we're looking for feedback on the registry functionality.

Also, each registry we create will have a discussion forum to chat about the cars.

We're no longer in the testing phase, and we've gone live with two new registries - the '91 BRG and the '93 LE.
