Right now, we have it set up as follows:
Users can enter and edit their own registry info
We have the following fields are required: VIN, First name, last name, location.
Last name is not displayed to the public. Only to moderators.
Mileage is an optional field.
Images are permitted in the registry.
Are there any other fields that we should specify? Users are free to put whatever they want in the Message field, but are there specific fields that we want to encourage or make required fields? (Note too that this is a global setting for all registries, in case we end up putting in more.)

Gary - This will probably change for each "special edition" but at least for the 93LE, an optional sequence number would be helpful for an "at a glance" determination of which ones are still around. BRG's were sequenced, 92 Sunburst were done so manually w/Mazda's help, 93LE, 97STO and I'm not sure about any of the NB cars.

I could add a "Sequence number (if applicable)" field. Would that make sense?

Yes, makes perfect sense and will help us owners determine where the holes are and how we can track down those cars.
Excellent site BTW, thanks for the support and bandwith!

Sequence numbers are important to the 93LEs at least, yes.

I agree on the sequence #'s that is a must. #791 is in my garage.

At this time, its set up not to allow deletion. But it can be edited.
