I haven't gotten any further feedback. I don't know if that's because everyone is satisfied with it, or because everyone hates it and isn't bothering to stop by.

Should we go ahead and change the test registry to a real registry? Will people use it?

I think there was just a flurry of activity stirred up that has since died down, like previous registry attempts. Not sure how best to go about keeping the interest level up.
