Below is a copy of an email I received from Chuck Price about the BRG. Chuck is the fellow who sells blank dash badges that you can have engraved and mounted in your car. His email address is listed below.
Also, in a different thread, I mentioned Gathering of the Green. It's a semi annual event for BRG owners. This year it's in Traverse City, MI, Sept. 8-11. If you're interested in attending, contact Don Diget. His email address is listed below.
Note to Gary F. and / or Ralleystu. From the info below, Don Diget also has a BRG registry. Maybe you can contact him to add his info to this registry (notice how I volunteer you to do this - lol).
If anyone has anything to add, please do so.

Canada: The 1991 Canadian BRG was designated "Limited
Edition" although production was not limited. The models
were not registered or numbered, and there was no plaque.
There were about 1400 BRGs sold in Canada in 1991.
The Canadian model did not have an air bag, leather-
wrapped steering wheel, tonneau cover, air conditioning,
or cruise control. Still, it was well-equipped. All
Canadian Miatas had daytime running lights.
Australia: About 300 1991 MX-5 BRG-SEs were sold in
Australia
General: The BRG color has been used in other countries
since 1991. It is common in Britian, Canada, and Japan.
It is called Neo Green in Japan and Australia.
In the U.S., this color was unique to the 1991 SE until the
10 Year Anniversary BRG-SE was introduced in 2001.
