Continuing with the comparison of the various 91 BRG's that were produced around the world, here is the description of the UK version.

- 250 produced, available from March through December 1991
- Designated as a Limited Edition
- MSRP was 18,249 British pounds
- Right Hand Drive
- 5 speed manual transmission only
- 15" x 6J BBS alloy wheels
- Low profile tires
- Tan leather seats and deep pile carpeting
- Chrome 3-spoke steering wheel with wood rim
- Mahogany wood brake grip and shift knob
- Clarion CRX 111R radio - cassette system with 4 speakers
- Chrome polished scuff plates
- Centralized door locks
- Power windows
- Alarm
- Analog clock
- Numbered brass plaque fitted to dash
- Leather wallet with an imbedded numbered brass plaque
- Limited Edition certificate of authenticity
- Leather embossed key fob
- U.S. features apparently not available include power steering,
ABS, A/C, LSD, driver's side airbag and cruise control

Thanks for the post. I find it very interesting, especially since the info is 19 years old.

If I'm not prying too much, how are you finding out all this info?

I just surf the UK MX5 club websites. Lots of info there. One site has the original '91 Limited Edition Mazda brochure that you can print off for free. I have also saved a bunch of early '90's original car magazine articles on the Miata, one of which was about the '91 UK BRG Limited Edition.
